Number 52 (East) is a house that has been converted into an office. It was built in the late 18th century and altered in the late 19th century. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. It stands two storeys tall, with a basement and an added attic, featuring five bays.
The front of the building includes two late 19th-century rectangular bay windows that have hipped slate roofs and casement windows, with the upper lights containing small panes. The attic has casement windows above a cornice, while all other windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows without glazing bars. The central entrance is highlighted by a late 19th-century porch supported by Tuscan columns. The property is also adorned with late 19th-century area railings and gate piers.
