Includes No. 16 Cases Street. Shop. Mid 19th century. Stucco, in restrained Italianate style. Three bays to Ranelagh Street, five bays to Cases Street, and a broader curved corner bay. Four storeys, the first and second articulated by a giant pilaster order and crowned by an entablature with bracketed frieze and antefixae; a plain cornice above the top storey. First-floor sash windows to Ranelagh Street and Cases Street have architraves and pediments on brackets, second floor windows architraves. First floor of corner bay has later plate glass window across its whole width; second three windows separated by short pilasters, modern shop front to ground floor.
