Includes Nos. 22-26 (even) Stanley Street. Bank. 1870's. Brick with stone dressings. 4 storeys, 5 bays to Victoria Street, 11 bays to Stanley Street. Rusticated stone ground floor with segmental-headed windows, 2 round-headed entrances, string course over. 1st floor windows in architraves, 3 with pediments, other 2 with rectangular carved panels over. 2nd floor windows with architraves incorporating roundels on sill course. 3rd floor small windows interrupting panelled frieze with cornice over. Stanley Street facade continues the main facade treatment over 4 bays, then a utilitarian treatment with loading bays to 5th and 10th bays, the latter with round head and swept gable with finial. 6th and 7th bays of 3 storeys have tripartite windows with iron mullions. 8th and 9th bays similar of 4 storeys with paired windows. End bay with small stair lights.
