Description

No. 2 Islington Square is a warehouse that was formerly a music academy, built in the 1830s. The building is constructed of stucco and has two storeys with five bays, where the end bays project forward. The ground floor features channelled rustication and roundels above. The ground floor windows are sashed with glazing bars, while the first floor windows have small-paned casements. The entrance includes a porch with panelled antae, and the first floor end bays are framed by panelled pilasters that support a top entablature and blocking course.
