House. Dated "IPS 1807" on lintel. Stone with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Ground floor sill band; top cornice; projecting quoins. 1st bay 2-storey canted timber bay, late C19. 2nd bay ground floor tripartite window, sashed, no glazing bars; 1st floor window has keyed lintel and is sashed with glazing bars. Later ridge dormer. Return has top window with rusticated wedge lintel with key and date. Entrance in projecting bay has architrave and 4-panel door. Listed for group value only.
