Description

No. 25 Allerton Road is an early 19th-century house made of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. It features a sill band on the first floor, along with a cornice and blocking course at the top. The ground floor includes a canted bay window that is sashed and does not have glazing bars. The first-floor windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The entrance, which is likely a later addition, has a lintel and a glazed doorcase. This house is listed for its group value only.
