Description

No. 12 High Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high with a basement, featuring two bays, a basement lintel band, a first-floor sill band, and a top cornice with a blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed without glazing bars. The round-headed entrance includes panelled doorcases and a stained glass fanlight.
