Description

No. 60 Hope Street is an early 19th-century house made of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It has two storeys and a basement, featuring three bays. There is a flat band above the ground floor, a sill course on the first floor, a top cornice, and a blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-arched and has a Doric doorcase with a boarded fan-light, leading to a Gothic door. The property is complemented by plain iron area railings.
