Description

The gate piers and gates at Cronton Hall are a pair of tall square stone piers that feature paneling. On the south side, they are adorned with paired Tuscan columns, a frieze of metopes and triglyphs, and a cornice. At the top of each pier, there are tall slender urns decorated with drapery over masks positioned at the cardinal points. The gates themselves are made of good wrought iron.
