Description

Sunnyside Farmhouse is a building that likely dates from the early 17th century. It is two storeys tall, constructed of brick with low proportions, and features a gabled wing. The windows are horizontal sliding sashes with segmental heads. One end of the farmhouse has a sandstone base at the cill level. The roof is made of stone slabs, and there is a central chimney as well as a chimney on the gable end. Inside, the farmhouse has cruck construction, with one visible pair of crucks, and retains original ceiling beams.
