Description
Seed's Farmhouse is a house, likely built in the early 18th century. It features a sandstone ground floor with brick above on the first floor, topped with a thatched roof covered by corrugated iron. The building has a three-unit lobby-entry plan and stands two storeys high with three bays. The windows have plain reveals, with most featuring horizontal sliding sashes; the left-hand ground-floor window is sashed. The entrance door is sheltered by a later timber porch, and there is a chimney with two flues aligned with the door. At the rear, there is a window with plain reveals. The interior was not accessible during the survey.
