Description
Moss End Farmhouse is a house built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick with sandstone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with four bays. It has chamfered quoins, and the windows are boxed sashes with glazing bars, although the third bay on the ground floor is blind. There is a door located near the centre of the facade, which is sheltered by an early 20th-century timber porch. The chimneys are positioned on the gables at the front of the ridge.
