Description
This boundary stone, dating from the mid-19th century, is made of sandstone and has a triangular plan with a sloping top. The lettering on the stone is worn, but the left-hand face is inscribed with the word 'Bickerstaffe', while the right-hand face is inscribed with 'Aughton'. Part of this boundary stone is located in Bickerstaffe civil parish.
