This is a boundary stone located at Aughton Long Lane, dating from the mid-19th century. It is made of sandstone and has a cylindrical shape. The top of the stone is inscribed with the words 'Aughton' and 'Bickerstaffe', while the front features the inscription 'Boundary Stone'. Part of this boundary stone is situated in the civil parish of Bickerstaffe.
