Pair of cottages, now one dwelling. Later C18; altered. Coursed squared sandstone, composition tile roof, brick chimmney. Rectangular double-depth plan, each cottage single-fronted (now with C20 additions to rear). The low 2-storey 2-window facade has a doorway at the right-hand end, the lintel of a former doorway at the left end, and two 3-light casements between these, all with large wedge lintels; and at 1st floor 2 similar casements immediately under the eaves (both now flanked by C20 pseudo shutters). Square brick chimney in centre of ridge. Included for group value.
