House, or shop with dwelling over; now shop. Early-mid C19, altered. Brown brick in Flemish bond with sandstone plinth and dressings, concrete tile roof. Double-depth plan with short back extension. Three storeys and 2 windows; ground floor entirely remodelled in C20; 16-pane sashed windows at 1st floor and square 12-pane sashes at 2nd floor (8+4 panes), all with raised sills and those at 1st floor with wedge lintels. Moulded gutter cornice. Right-hand gable of hand-made brick. Rear has C20 steps to 2nd floor, and altered windows.
