WHITWORTH TONG END No. 32

(Formerly listed as No. 32, TONG LANE)

GV II Cottage, C18, attached to rear of No.30 and at right angles to it. Coursed sandstone rubble, stone slate roof chimney at left gable. Single-depth, two small bays. Two storeys, built with back to road. Plain doorway to garden front, a window on each floor to the left. Rear has two windows on each floor, one with a flush mullion. Interior renovated. Listed for group value only, in relation to Nos. 29 and 30 Tong Lane (q.v.).
