26 Cliff Street is an 18th-century cottage in Mevagissey. It occupies a corner position, with a curved front. The cottage is two storeys high and has been rendered with a painted roughcast finish. It features three widely spaced modern metal frame casement windows. A modern glazed door and adjoining porch window are present. The roof is covered with cement-slurried slate.
