Description

Mossley Farmhouse is a house built in 1828, as indicated by the stone above the door. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features four bays. The windows are sashed with glazing bars, and all except those in the fourth bay have tripartite plain stone surrounds, with the outer lights featuring modern leaded glazing. The fourth bay has plain stone surrounds. The entrance door, located between the first and second bays, also has a plain stone surround. There is a chimney on the left-hand gable and another between the second and third bays.
