Description

Hole House Farmhouse is a house built in 1794, constructed from sandstone rubble and topped with a slate roof. It features a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with two bays. The windows have plain stone surrounds and flat-faced mullions. The ground floor windows consist of three lights, with a wider central light, while the first-floor windows have two lights. The door, located between the bays, also has a plain stone surround. Above the door is an oval plaque inscribed with 'G[?]P[?]M 1794'. The building includes shaped stone gutter brackets and gable chimneys.
