Description

Halsteads Farmhouse is a house built in 1822. It is constructed from coursed sandstone and has a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are modern and have plain stone surrounds. The door, located between the first and second bays, also features a plain stone surround. Above the door, within a moulded pediment, is an inscription that reads: 'IHM 1822'. There are stacks at both ends of the house.
