Description

No. 19 Church Street is a late 18th century or early 19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of ashlar. The central doorway features a pediment supported by pilasters and has a modern glazed door. The upper storey has three windows, while the ground floor has two, all of which are fitted with moulded surrounds and hung sashes that include glazing bars. There are panels below the ground floor windows and a plinth at the base. Between No. 19 and No. 21, there is a garden doorway adorned with a cornice and a segmental relieving arch above it. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 23 (odd) and the Parish Church of St Mary Magdalene, with Nos. 7 to 13 being of local interest only.
