Description

No. 89 High Street is a late 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with a plastered brick front. The south end of the front features part of a modillion eaves cornice. The centre of the building slightly projects forward. The windows are arranged in a pattern of two, three, and two, and are sash windows with glazing bars. The upper central window is set in an arched recess. The central entrance door is a six-panel design with a well-decorated fanlight above it. There is a semi-circular porch supported by Doric columns. The building also has cellars. No. 89 is part of a group that includes Nos 61 to 107 (odd).
