Description

A terrace of cottages dated 1824, as indicated by a panel on number 211. The buildings are constructed of stone with a stone slate roof, although numbers 195-197 have been re-roofed with blue slate. The terrace is two storeys high. Numbers 195-205 each have one window per storey and a plain doorway. Numbers 207, 209, and 211 have two windows on the first floor. Some windows have been renewed, while others retain their original character as two or three-light sash windows with square mullions and window surrounds. Stone hoods are positioned above the doorways of numbers 197-203.
