Description

The George and Dragon Public House is a public house that likely dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of roughcast stone and features a stone flagged roof. The building has a double depth plan and consists of two low storeys with three bays, plus an additional lower bay to the left. There are two plain windows on the ground floor and four above, with a mix of plate glass sashes and some modern windows, all framed by plain stone surrounds. The doorway follows the same style. The building is topped with three ridge stacks and is included for its group value.
