Description
Hollin Top Farmhouse is a 17th-century house constructed from rubble with a stone slate roof. It features a two-cell gable entry plan and stands two storeys high. On the ground floor, there is one two-light and two four-light stone mullion windows, all with chamfered mullions and surrounds. A plain doorway is located between the two larger windows, with a later window inserted on the right. Above, there is one two-light and two three-light windows, similar in style to those below. A porch is situated on the left-hand gable. The farmhouse has gable chimneys and reports indicate it has a king post and queen strut roof. A modern flat-roofed extension to the right is not included in the listing.
