Description

This is a house, likely dating from the 17th century and subsequently altered. It has a gable facing the road. The exterior is stuccoed handmade brick set on a high plinth, with a stone slate roof. The house has two bays. It is two storeys high, with a door on the right-hand side, a three-light casement window to the left, and another window in the centre of the first floor. A gutter crosses the gable. Inside, the front room has two longitudinal beams with run-out stops at the partition and in the rear room, two lateral beams. The first lateral beam has chamfer only on the rear, while the second has a stopped deep chamfer. At the first floor, beams have run-out stops. The roof contains a principal rafter truss with one pair of purlins.
