Description

Sunnyside is a house, originally dating to the 17th century, which was significantly altered and refaced in the 18th century using stucco over timber framing. The west gable retains exposed timber framing with brick infill. The roof is tiled, with a chimney on the gable. A moulded wooden eaves cornice, heavily bracketed, runs along the top. The south front has three bays, with four-pane sash windows set in architrave frames. The ground floor windows are segmented headed; those on the first floor are smaller and set above a recessed six-panel door with a flat, moulded hood supported on cut brackets. Small sash windows from the 19th century are present on the first floor.
