Outbuilding Circa 5 Metres South East Of Johnson'S Farmhouse

This outbuilding, likely a bothy, dates from 1716 and is located approximately 5 metres southeast of Johnson's Farmhouse. It is constructed from coursed squared stone with large quoins and features a concrete tile roof. The building has a square single-cell plan and stands two storeys tall. The west gable wall includes a door on the left side at ground level and a blocked former doorway on the right side at the first floor. The east wall features a square datestone in the gable, which is lettered in relief. On the north side, there is one small slit opening on each floor, with the lower one being a glazed window marked T.E. 1716. The south side is partially covered at ground level by an attached modern greenhouse, with a square window on the first floor above it. This outbuilding is listed for its group value only.
