Description

Two houses, numbers 32 and 34, were built around 1840. They are constructed of brick with a slate roof and feature a stone plinth and a modillion eaves cornice. The houses are arranged in a double-depth plan with one room wide (plus a hall) on the ground floor. They present a symmetrical facade with a central two-bay projection. Each house has a four-panel door, a semi-elliptical fanlight above, a dentilled cornice, and a stone step leading to the entrance. The windows, six in total, are set within cambered brick arches, have stone sills, and contain 12-pane sashes. A dormer window has been added to number 34. A large rear wing is also present.
