Description

The Gatley War Memorial is a war memorial unveiled on 6th March 1921. It is constructed from ashlar and features a tapering square shaft divided into two stages. The lower stage has a stone plinth and a dentilled cornice, while the upper stage displays clock faces with hoodmoulds. The bronze roll of honour that was originally part of the memorial has been removed.
