Description
This is a farm building, possibly a cart house and stable, dating from the mid-18th century and has been altered over time. It is constructed of handmade red brick and features a slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan, is two storeys high, and consists of four bays. There is a small segmental-headed waggon doorway in the fourth bay, which is now blocked, with a door and window inserted. At the left end, there is a segmental-headed window and doorway, along with two similar windows in the centre. The first floor has three loading doorways, with the first being square and the others rectangular. Additionally, there is a lean-to addition and a chimney at the right-hand gable. This outbuilding is part of a group of structures and is included for its group value.
