Farm building, perhaps cart house and stable. Probably mid C18; altered. Handmade red brick, slate roof. Rectangular plan. Two storeys and four bays; small segmental-headed waggon doorway to fourth bay, now blocked and a door and window inserted; segmental-headed window and doorway at left end, two similar windows in centre; three loading doorways at first floor (the first square and the others rectangular); lean-to addition and chimney at right-hand gable. Forms part of group. Included for group value.
