Small town house with garden wall. c1840. Stucco; grey slate roof, main ridge running back. 2 storeys of one main bay with narrow entrance wing, left. A step to door of 6 fielded panels in pilaster case with hood on consoles; broad bay right of doorway has full-height 10-pane recessed sash under cornice on consoles. First-floor sillband; sash of 16 square panes; cornice on consoles. Simple pediment gable; a brick 3-flue chimney on the ridge. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: garden wall and octagonal gate piers matching Nos 129 and 131 Boughton (qv).
