Description
This building is a shippon located 15 metres south west of Church House Farmhouse, dating from the late Georgian period. It is constructed of brown brick set on a sandstone plinth, with a rear bay made of sandstone and a grey slate roof. The left side of the brick section features five boarded doors, one of which is divided, along with one blocked doorway. The sandstone part has three boarded doors. The building also includes four boarded loading doors, one small-pane casement window, and four diamond vents for the hayloft. The shippon has gauged brick cambered arches. The interior has not been inspected. It is listed for its group value.
