Description
No. 62 on St Ann's Road is a house from the late 18th century that has been altered over time. It features brown brickwork in Flemish bond and a grey slate roof. The building has two storeys plus attics and three windows. A timber-framed Gothick porch has been added, which includes an ogee arch, two-light trefoil-headed sidelights, and fretted bargeboards topped with a finial. The windows are horned two-pane sashes of late 19th-century style, with keystone wedge lintels and projecting stone cills. The eaves have a moulded fascia, and there are two small-pane gabled dormers in the attic. The gable chimneys are flush. The interior has not been inspected.
