Description

No 126 on Hospital Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of painted brick. It has two storeys and features three sash windows. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase with an open pediment and a radial fanlight above it. The building also has dentilled brick eaves and a tiled roof. It is part of a group that includes Nos 122 to 126 (even), Nos 130 to 144 (even), Nuthurst School, Nos 146 and 148, and Church's Mansion. The address designation should be amended to read Nos 126 and 128.
