2 houses of a terrace, now offices. Early C19, restored 1980. Garden wall bond brick (5 and one) with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with brick chimneys. Each house 2 storeys, 3 windows. Doors of Sunderland type with panelled leaves folding back to form reveals of inner doors. Doorcases of pilasters and entablature with bracketed plain cornices. Renewed 4-pane sashes with wedge stone lintels and projecting stone sills. Renewed ridge chimneys.
