Description
The tomb of T.M. Richardson is located about 20 meters southwest of the Jesmond Cemetery gateway in Newcastle upon Tyne. It dates from around 1848 and serves as a memorial to Thomas Miles Richardson, a painter, engraver, and a prominent advocate for the fine arts in Newcastle, who died in 1848, as well as to other family members. The tomb is made of sandstone and features a shaped top with a moulded edge. It is listed for its historical significance.
