Description

The former boiler house at Sandyford Brewery, built around 1840, is a two-storey structure with three bays. It is constructed from sandstone ashlar and features a Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings. The ground-floor windows in the outer bays have flat stone lintels and projecting stone sills. The central window on the first floor is blocked, while the outer windows are empty. There is a decorative band at the first floor level, as well as an eaves band and gutter cornice.
