Description
The walls, piers, and gates to Nazareth House Garden date from the early to mid-19th century. The walls are constructed from a combination of part hammer-dressed stone and galleted rubble, featuring rounded coping. They include serpentine sections with pilasters, a plinth, and a cornice that connect to four ashlar piers. The central piers are rendered and have plinths. The cast iron gates are designed with spearhead standards and a trellis-pattern lower section.
