Description
No. 21 Brandling Park is an early 19th-century house constructed of English bond brick, featuring an ashlar basement and dressings, topped with a graduated Lakeland slate roof. The building has a basement, two storeys, and an attic, arranged in two bays. There are steps leading up to a six-panelled door with an overlight, set within a panelled surround that includes a cornice. To the left, there is an inserted bow window. The sash windows above have wedge stone lintels, projecting stone sills, and fine glazing bars. The house also features an eaves band and gutter cornice.
