Cottage, mid C19. Dressed sandstone with tooled margins. Welsh slate roof with stone gable coping, moulded kneeler and stack at left end. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Doorway to right holding 4-panelled door and overlight. Late C19 canted bay window, with sashes and dentil cornice, to left. Sashes with glazing bars and painted stone sills on first floor. Included for group value.
