Description

No. 35 High Street is a cottage dating from around 1800, with a contemporary wing. It is constructed of dressed sandstone and features a mid-20th century concrete tiled roof, which has a stone ridge, gable copings, block kneelers, and a corniced stack at the left end. The building is two storeys high and has one window. The entrance is located at the rear. On the ground floor, there is a mid-19th century sash window with glazing bars, while the first floor has a horizontal sash window with glazing bars. Additionally, there is a mid-19th century sash window with glazing bars in a single-storey pent wing that adjoins the left side of the cottage.
