3/80 Low House Farmhouse

Farmhouse, c.1840, and late C19 porch. Stone, rendered and scored to represent ashlar. Rendered brick porch. Mid C20 concrete tiled roof. Dressed sandstone and Welsh slate to rear wing and extensions. 2 storeys, 3 bays to garden front (south-east). Central 6-panelled door and overlight with Gothick glazing bars. 16-pane sash windows with painted sills and wedge lintels. Stone gable copings, moulded kneelers and corniced end stacks. Sash window in gabled porch with 6-panelled doors in the returns. Rear service wings and extensions in similar style. Interior: 6-panelled doors and architraves on ground floor. Panelled window shutters; turned balusters and newels to stair. Elliptical arch to stair passage. Farm outbuildings to north-west are not of interest.
