The boundary wall, located 75 meters southeast of Priory Gardens Cottage, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble and features pointed coping. This wall is included for its group value with Priory Gardens Cottage, the Estate Office, and the associated outbuildings. It runs alongside Whitby Road.
