The pant outside number 19 on Castle Street in Warkworth is a late 18th century or early 19th century structure made of ashlar stone. It has a square plan with chamfered angles and features a plinth. Three of its faces have sunk trefoil-headed panels, while the front is equipped with an old bronze tap fitting. The pant is topped with a moulded cornice and a swept domed top.
