Description

This is a house located at 132 Newgate Street, built in the 18th century and altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick in English Garden Wall Bond and features a pantiled roof with slate edging and a stone plinth. The building has two storeys and three windows. There are three steps leading up to a 1930s door on the right side. The windows are 16-pane sash windows with wedge lintels and projecting sills. On the left side, there is a rusticated segmental carriage arch with boarded double doors. The roof is steeply pitched with a gabled design, a corniced ridge, and a stack at the left end.
