Description
Bon Accord House is a mid-18th century building that has been converted from a house to offices. It features brick construction in an irregular bond and has a Welsh slate roof. The structure stands three storeys high and consists of three bays. In the right bay, there is a six-panel door with a fanlight, accompanied by early 19th-century railings set within a 20th-century surround. Each floor has sill bands, and the windows have been renewed with 12-pane sashes. The gabled roof includes tumbled-in brickwork and end stacks. At the rear, there is a round-headed stair window with intersecting glazing bars. Inside, the building boasts an early 19th-century cantilevered spiral staircase with iron stick balusters.
