Description

No. 1 Manchester Street is a cottage dating from the early 18th century, with early 19th-century windows. It is constructed of brick in English Garden Wall Bond and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. There is a 1930s door on the left and a sash window on the right, which has a flat arch above it. A brick band runs along the first floor, where there are 12-pane sashes. The roof is steeply pitched and gabled, with a stack located at the right end.
