Former school and attached cottage, now 2 cottages. C18 and C19. Random rubble in older part, ashlar to later part. Welsh slate roofs.

Older single-storey, 8-bay section to right with later 1 1/2-storey, 2-bay cottage to left.

Single-storey section has 2 early C19, 2-light mullioned windows under hoodmoulds, and 3 early C19 windows with chamfered surrounds; also three C20 windows. Steeply-pitched roof with reverse-stepped gables. 2 ridge stacks.

Higher section to left has C20 casement and half-dormers. Gabled roof with end stack. Doors to rear.
